I'm a member of the "Pole BioInformatique de Lyon" (PBIL), a french bionformatic research center located in Lyon. I'm working for the "Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique" (CNRS) in the "Institut de Biologie et Chimie des Protéines" (IBCP) in Lyon.

Research activities

My domains of interest are Bioinformatics and Computing science. More precisely, I'm working on protein sequence analysis, protein sites and signatures scanning and grid computing applied to Bioinformatics
