Hello !

My name's Christophe COMBET. Since October 2002, I am a research associate (CR1-CNRS) at the "Equipe de Bioinformatique et RMN Structurales" (EBRS) of "Institut de Biologie et Chimie des Protéines" (IBCP-UMR5086-CNRS-UCBL, IFR 128 Biosciences Lyon Gerland). The team is part of the "Pôle BioInformatique de Lyon" and the "Pôle Rhone-Alpes de BioInformatique".

My research field is focused on biological databases. Especially, I develop databases integrating structure and function of biological macromolecules with integrated analysis tools. My main interest is structural bioinformatics of proteins involved in infectious diseases (virus and bacteria).
